Return Policy

We do not accept any returns as all orders are custom-made. However, if you are not happy with your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@paperlyshop.com and let us know why.

Bulk Orders

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All of our items are custom-made to order, which means we need a little extra time to create something just for you. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and shipping. If we can turn it around sooner, we will! Once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info.

Do you offer any custom design work?

Yes! If there is something you want that you don't see on our website, email us at info@paperlyshop.com we can work together to create something you love!
